Looking fab!! I love the length of that skirt (and of course, the color, because I am obsessed with cobalt). I like how you paired it with a button down…I have yet to tie a button down like that, but I always love how it looked. I am LOVING the cooler Chicago weather because the fashion opportunities for layering are endless.
